Ampersand Music, established in 2010, is a music management firm specializing in young, unsigned talent. Owned and operated by Karrine Steffans, the company’s premiere artist, a fourteen-year old electric guitar playing phenom is, currently, being groomed for his national debut with local Los Angeles appearances on stages at legendary venues, such as The Mint.
